Edison V3 Robot

The Edison V3 robot is a meticulously designed tool for programming and robotics enthusiasts. It includes the Edison V3 robot with rechargeable battery, equipped with various sensors such as sound, visible and infrared light, providing students with unlimited opportunities to interact and learn.

The sensors, along with motors, lights, removable wheels and buttons, provide a solid foundation for interactive and meaningful education. Weighing only 0.162 g and with compact dimensions of 8 x 4.3 x 7.8 cm, handling and operation are simple.

The enclosed USB cable facilitates programming and charging of the device. The sound sensor enables reactions to loud sounds, while the buzzer enables music playback for integrating the arts into STEAM projects.

Programmable LED lights offer flexibility in outputs, motors enable precise movements, removable wheels expand the possibilities, and buttons make programming and execution easy. Light sensors measure visible and infrared light, making it ideal for creative and educational projects.

The line sensor distinguishes between dark and light surfaces, while the obstacle sensor teaches conditionals and branching. The remote control receiver enables control like a remote-controlled car, and the IR messenger enables communication between Edison robots for collaborative and interactive projects. Edison is LEGO® compatible, easy to program and has preloaded programs that are activated by swiping over a barcode.

In addition to the preloaded programs feature, it can be programmed with EDBlocks, block programming perfect for beginners, EdScratch, intermediate level with hybrid language, or EdPy, Python programming, for more advanced programming.
