Bungard CCD/2 MTC Professional CNC PCB Milling Machine
The Bungard CCD/2/MTC is a high-quality computer-controlled drilling machine with semi-automatic tool change. Unlike the CCD/MTC, the CCD/2 has a medium-sized work area (325 x 270 compared to 325 x 495 mm) and an integrated control unit under the table.
Compared to ATC models, the software interrupts the operation during tool change and the new tool is changed manually (by turning the knob a quarter turn; the motors remain activated and maintain the position).
The CCD/2 has the same robustness and accuracy as all other CCD models. It is ideal as an entry-level model for insulation milling. If you wish to operate the CCD/2 with cooling, you must protect the control unit from cooling. Please contact us in advance.
Unlike all other CCD models, the zero point of the machine is at the front left. The X-axis is the travel on the table, while the Y-axis is at table level. The CCD/2 cannot be converted to automatic tool change. If you possibly wish to upgrade at a later time, please contact us prior to purchase. If necessary, we can create a special version for you.
