The Creator 4 has a perfect build size for most applications. 400mm x 350mm x 500mm is ideal for prototyping.
Unlike traditional dual extruders, when one extruder prints, the other extruder is away from the model printing area, so filament does not drip and ruin the quality of the model. By printing the same model in batches, production is doubled, making it the best choice for mass production.
The advanced design of the thermal control software can preheat and maintain the temperature before and after printing. The thermal control system keeps the chamber temperature constant at 65℃, reducing the thermal shrinkage of the model during the printing process. It avoids warping and cracking of ABS/PC/PA and other engineering filaments and ensures the quality and dimensional accuracy of the model, improving the printing success rate.
With the included high temperature extruder you can print most of the filaments on the market today thanks to an operating temperature of 320°C Supported filament:PC / PA / PP / PETG / ASA / ABS / PLA / PC-ABS / PAHT
The printing plate can be heated up to a temperature of 120°C, which facilitates the printing of ABS, Nylon and similar materials.
Before printing, the intelligent system can automatically adjust the temperature according to the type of filament. The intelligent adjustment that keeps the chamber temperature constant ensures successful printing. After printing, the intelligent control system helps to adjust the cooling temperature, in order to be ready for the next print without having to wait again.
The included HEPA 13 air filter ensures the removal of dangerous fumes and particles before they reach the outside of the printer.
The integrated camera gives you the option to monitor the print in progress and view the progress.
