Ultrafuse 17-4 PH is a filament for the production of 17-4 stainless steel metal components in standard fused filament fabrication (FFF) printers. This stainless steel can be fully heat treated to achieve high strength and hardness. It is therefore ideal for the petrochemical, aerospace, automotive and medical industries. Parts printed with our Ultrafuse 17-4 PH metal-polymer composite filament obtain their final properties through a catalytic decoiling and sintering process familiar from traditional metal injection molding.
