Red Fox includes all the software necessary for its operation. You can download them for free from our website and test them before you receive your machine.

Which programs are compatible?

Our CNC milling machines are compatible with the most widely used CAM programs: Aspire, RhinoCAM, VCarve, etc.

Which milling engine can I use?

Red Fox is designed to add a 65 mm diameter milling head. Nomad Technologies proposes a 700 W Makita head, available as an option at the time of purchase, but it is possible to attach other machines.

Is it possible to interchange a laser and a milling motor?

The mechanical and electronic needs of a milling machine and a laser machine are very different, so it is not possible.

The mechanics of a milling machine need to be firm and robust to support the weight and vibrations of the milling head. However, a laser engraving and cutting machine needs to be lighter to move the laser beam quickly and nimbly through the constant changes of direction.

Our philosophy is to make a machine optimized for each use, so each machine has electronics, software, chassis and mechanics adapted to your needs.

Can I mill parts that protrude from the Red Fox work area?

Yes, you have to secure the material for milling, but this is not a problem. Large parts can be milled by taking references and moving the work area.

Can I finance the purchase of my Red Fox?

Yes, there is a financing system at your disposal: a technological renting for companies that allows you to finance an amount between 1.500€ and 30.000€. To start the financing process, you need to meet certain requirements, whether you are a self-employed person or a company.
