Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+

Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ made with Polyscope XILOYTM 3D is an engineering filament that has been optimized for 3D printing. This special grade has been developed in collaboration with Polyscope Polymers, an expert in improving the performance of polymers with styrene maleic anhydride (SMA).

ABS

ABS is a thermoplastic that is used in numerous applications. Although ABS has been classified as a standard material in 3D printing, its processing used to be very complicated, until now. We have succeeded in developing a grade of ABS that can be printed directly on glass without the need for fluids or adhesive tape and has a higher print success rate due to its extremely low deformation.

Tips and tricks

• Printing temperature: 240 - 260°C
• Printing speed: 40 - 80 mm/s
• Bed temperature: 100 - 110°C
