Despite its enlarged format, the machine does not compromise on quality: its internal design ensures the full area is usable and heat distribution remains consistent.

The new AC convection heat bed and actively heated chamber ensure uniform temperatures throughout the print area. This reduces issues such as warping or lifted corners, even when printing with challenging materials. This system enables the reliable printing of engineering-grade materials such as ABS, ASA, PC and PA (nylon), as well as flexible filaments, without the compromises typically associated with open-frame printers.

With intuitive software, pre-tuned profiles for over 200 filaments, and integrated features such as a built-in camera and filament monitoring, the machine is designed to minimise downtime and manual setup effort.

Built around a steel exoskeleton frame with aluminium panels, this printer delivers outstanding rigidity and stability. The CORE One L can handle any material, whether it's PLA, PETG or advanced materials like carbon-fibre composite and glow-in-the-dark filaments. Its filament path and hotend capability of up to ~290 °C, as well as optional accessories such as dual nozzles, ensure flexible and efficient workflows.
