Increased construction volume

With its huge 450×450×470 mm volume, the CR-M4 is a real workhorse for creating large or full-size models with less post-processing. The larger volume also allows more small models to be printed at once, making the printing process more efficient.

Dual Y-axis linear rails

2 precision CNC-machined linear rails optimize the Y-axis transmission, which, driven by a powerful and precise motor, runs accurately and smoothly. Made of bearing steel, the rails resist wear, tear and heavy loads. Much more reliable and durable than V-groove rails.

Less oscillation with rigid Z-axis

The double Z-axis stops the sag and wobble of the Z-gantry. Together with the 2 support bars, a rigid triangle is formed to stabilize the upper frame. Each Z-axis is driven by an independent motor for orderly movement. Now, the quality of the tall models is assured from the bottom up.

Raise the bar on extruder specifications

All-metal "Sprite" direct extruder with dual-gear design, providing a strong and uniform extrusion force of 80 N. Ideal for extruding flexible filaments such as TPU.

High flow hotend

Enhanced high-flow nozzle plus 50 W heater cartridge, fully melts high temperature filament at 300 °C for smooth feeding. Interchangeable with 0,6,8 mm nozzle.

Dedicated model cooling

A separate 4020 fan channels a strong wind to cool the newly printed section. Let the model solidify faster with less sagging or warping.

More ways to print

Print via USB drive, Type-C cable, RJ45 cable or WiFi. The printer comes with LAN and cloud printing features so users can start a 3D printing farm for volume production in no time.

Steel construction surface for PC springs

A 4-layer build platform. PC coating provides strong adhesion. Flexible spring steel sheet is easy to remove on large models and will not deform after prolonged use. Magnetic base and two pins allow quick adjustment. And the 470x470 mm aluminum heating base will heat up to 60 °C in 160 s*.

Color display with simplified user interface

A 4.3-inch color display features simple and responsive touch control, supporting model preview and PID temperature adjustment. Timeout will end after 5 minutes with no further activity. Even better, you can enable power-saving sleep mode.

800 W industrial control power supply

Adaptable to voltages from 100 to 240 worldwide, the 800 W adapter offers more than 90% efficiency and low thermal runaway. It filters voltage fluctuations and electromagnetic interference and protects against short circuits, overloads, overvoltages and overheating. Be assured of safe and consistent peak performance.

Genuine 25-point automatic leveling

Fully automatic leveling with CR Touch when probing 25 points and Z compensation with an accuracy of 0.05 mm to quickly calibrate the distance between the nozzle and the building surface.
