More power than ever

Four 6-watt diodes are used to create the powerful laser. These are grouped together using FAC technology. FAC stands for Fast Axis Collimation, i.e. grouping the different light sources aligned parallel to each other at a single point by means of a converging lens. The compressed laser diodes increase the power to 22 W, which can cut 15 mm wood with one pass.

The Falcon 2 allows you to create more in less time thanks to its incredible speed. The engraving speed for Falcon 2 is 25000 mm/min, which increases productivity for you and your project.

Innovative integrated aerial assistant

Unlike its predecessors, the Falcon 2 is equipped with an integrated air assist - no need to purchase and install accessories. Manually adjust the air assist steplessly via the knob, or you can automatically adjust the airflow via LightBurn, to eliminate smoke and protect the laser lens, obtaining a cleaner result.

Triple monitoring systems

Processing workpieces with a strong laser must be done under certain safety precautions. The Falcon 2 engraving machine offers three technologies for this.

• Airflow monitoring: The airflow monitor can remind the user if the airflow is sufficient.
• Lens monitoring:
• The built-in lens contamination monitoring system triggers an alarm when the lens is dirty to a certain extent to prevent the lens from being destroyed or producing unclean cuts or engravings.
• Flame monitoring: When a flame is detected, the indicator will flash red with an alarm and the machine will stop immediately .

The Falcon 2 engraving and cutting machine can be used for a wide variety of creative projects. When creating jigsaw puzzles, wood decorations, mechanical or motorized creations and much more, the device can cut accurately and quickly.

Engraving can be performed on a variety of materials including wood, acrylic, leather, tile, glass and metal. From the name tag on the door to the dog tag and furniture, much can be designed and embellished.
