Warranty and returns policy
Shipping costs are not included in the products and are shown before finalising the purchase. The shipping costs have been calculated according to fair criteria and taking into account all possible destinations. From a purchase of 300 euros, shipping is free for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
When you place your order, you will be informed of the price for the specific delivery zone. In any case, the shipping prices are as follows:
Peninsula and Balearic Islands: from 6 euros.
Europe (the countries that appear at the time of purchase): from 22 euros.

Delivery times
From the moment the order is placed, the delivery time is 2 to 10 working days, depending on the material ordered, the quantity and whether or not it requires handling. Marcos Moreno Sánchez de Pedro, the person who manages this website, is not responsible for any delay that may be caused in delivery and any delays that may occur will not give rise to any compensation on our part.
Transport
We remind you of the legal obligation of the recipient (Article 366 - Commercial Code), to check the goods at the time of delivery, and in case of visible defects, never sign the goods as conforming at the time of delivery; in this case, it is necessary to make an immediate complaint to the carrier by means of a written reservation on the carrier's delivery note. If the goods have deteriorated during transport to such an extent that they are unusable, the recipient is not obliged to accept them, and in the event of refusal, he must inform us immediately.
Claims for breakage or transport damage that are reported later than 48 hours after receipt of the goods will not be accepted. In order to proceed with the replacement of broken or damaged material, the customer must send photographs of the damage to the items received and a photograph of the shipping label to gestion@meikinit.com.
The carrier is not obliged, under any circumstances, to bring the requested material up to the customer's door in the case of large-volume goods, and may leave the material at the entrance (lobby, entrance hall, etc.) of the destination building. In the event that this service is required to the door itself, the recipient must pay an extra charge beforehand, which will be assessed according to each situation. Claims and returns
If, once the package has been delivered, the customer notices damage to the material ordered or an error in the characteristics of the product sent, he/she has a period of 30 calendar days to claim the replacement or exchange of the material. The 30 days are counted from the date of receipt of the order.
No claims will be processed after this period. In this case, Marcos Moreno Sánchez de Pedro assumes the transport costs of the replacement or exchange. For the replacement or exchange of a material it will be necessary to send an image that proves the damage or the error in the shipment to gestion@meikinit.com
No claims will be accepted for material that has been used or manipulated.
Marcos Moreno Sánchez de Pedro will in no case assume the transport costs for material that the client has ordered incorrectly and wants to change or modify at a later date. In this case, the customer will have to pay for the transport costs generated by the return or exchange.
meikinit.com customers have a period of fourteen calendar days, counting from the day of receipt of the ordered product, to exercise the right of return, with the exception of transport costs. At the end of this period, the right of return will have irreversibly expired.
No request to return a product that has been used or manipulated will be accepted.
If the customer wishes to exercise this right of return, Marcos Moreno Sánchez de Pedro will be obliged to reimburse the customer for the payments received, with the exception of the shipping costs.
The return of a purchase made through the website will be made once the goods have been received in our warehouses, after checking the condition of the goods. The return will always be made through the same channel (payment method) in which the order was placed through the website.
Right of withdrawal of meikinit.com
The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by art. 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To cancel an order you can use the attached form (withdrawal form) or you can notify us by email to gestion@meikinit.com or by post to the address PASEO CIRCO ROMANO 23 GARAJE, TOLEDO (TOLEDO), 45004.
If you send us an email or written communication, please include the details of your order to help us identify it.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or, in the event that the products making up the order are delivered separately, 30 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of the aforementioned products.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the user must send the products delivered to the address indicated (MARCOS MORENO SANCHEZ DE PEDRO / PASEO CIRCO ROMANO 23 GARAJE, TOLEDO (TOLEDO), 45004), thus assuming the costs of return. Please note that if you decide to return the goods to us carriage forward we will be entitled to charge you for any costs we may incur.
The right to withdraw from the contract shall only apply to those products that are returned in the same condition in which the customer received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item(s) using or including all original packaging with all labels. Please do not remove the labels until you are sure you want to keep each item.
After examining the item we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will refund the full amount of the purchase plus shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the cancelled order.
If the return only includes part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed and the products are new and unused, we will only refund you the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
Warranty
Marcos Moreno Sánchez de Pedro is not responsible for the non-execution of the present conditions in case of force majeure, as defined by the Spanish Courts and in case of customer's fault or an unforeseeable event. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and not to abuse, misuse, improper use or any other damage that may occur after the goods have been delivered to their destination.
Responsibility
Marcos Moreno Sánchez de Pedro will in no case be responsible for damages of any nature that may arise from improper use of its products. Marcos Moreno Sánchez de Pedro is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by the use of its products. Marcos Moreno Sánchez de Pedro reserves the right to modify the design or characteristics of the products without prior notice.
